Juliet, Dickson and Fairview — and North Alabama, including Huntsville, Madison, Harvest, Athens, Decatur and Cullman. Commercial: the commercial roofing division works on a regional footprint across the Southeast.
No. Roof inspections and written estimates are free and carry no obligation. We photograph every elevation and send you the report even if we find nothing wrong.
Yes. Three Stone is a licensed and insured contractor and carries general liability and workers’ compensation coverage. We send certificates of insurance directly from our carrier on request, and we are BBB A+ accredited.
Most inspections are scheduled within one business day of your call. Active leaks and fresh storm damage are triaged first, and we carry tarp material so an emergency can be made watertight the same day.
Yes. Our advisors are Haag-certified and insurance-trained, and they meet your adjuster on the roof so the damage is documented consistently. We do not file the claim for you — that has to come from you — but we supply the photo report, the scope, and the code items that support it.
Yes. Financing is available on qualifying projects, so a roof, siding, or coating job can be paid monthly rather than up front. Your project manager can walk through the options alongside the written estimate, before you commit to anything.
Two separate warranties. The manufacturer warrants the material — and because Three Stone is a CertainTeed ShingleMaster Premier and GAF Certified Plus contractor, we can register the longer system warranties most contractors cannot. Three Stone separately warrants the workmanship. Both are handed over in writing at closeout.
Yes. We submit color and material selections for architectural review, work to the HOA’s approved product list, and stage work around community rules on hours and dumpster placement. For property managers we handle multi-building scopes and consolidated invoicing.
